The Yellow Beach Retreat is light and bright with minimalist beach decor throughout, designed to make you feel right at home in your home away from home. Each bedroom contains a stylish bed frame with a comfortable mattress, 500-thread-count linens, and hotel-quality pillows. Guests can unpack their suitcases and organize their clothes in the closets which contain cubbies and hangers to keep clothes clean and wrinkle-free. If needed, an iron and ironing board are located in the laundry room.

We want all our guests to enjoy our lovely beach retreat. This property provides a small, landscaped fenced backyard, which is perfect for families traveling with small children and / or pets. Please remember to clean up all personal items. Pet waste should be completely removed and thrown into the front dumpster prior to vacating.

The stretch of beach closest to the home is typically quiet with fewer beachgoers than in other areas. This is a serene family-friendly area. Neighbors will call authorities if loud parties continue into the night.

Guests have access and use of entire beach house including pool in the private, fenced-in side yard.

This house is close to the beaches and local favorites such as Schooners and Patches restaurants. St Andrews Park is just a mile east on Thomas Drive. Beach cruisers, golf carts, and slingshots are very popular and can easily be rented in several convenient locations nearby to scoot around town to all the popular spots.
